Raise Your Own Kids!

It wouldn’t take a village to raise a child if all the disgusting lazy parents out there would take the responsibility for raising their own children.  Not that there’s anything wrong with a little guidance from other caring adults.  But usually those very parents, the ones that expect everyone else to chip in for the costs of raising their children, don’t want any helpful advice.  You don’t dare correct their “perfect” children, even though their neglected kids are the ones that need the most attention from other adults.  They just want you to pay for their kids’ free meals, subsidized daycare while they go to work (not usually) or school (yeah, right), and anything else they can get for free so that they can blow the little money they have on the newest gadgets, or better yet, up their noses.

These days, if you’re too selfish to have kids, you don’t have to.  Birth control is very effective.  If you’re too stupid to use that correctly, there are many infertile couples that would love to give your poor child the loving and caring home that every child deserves.  They will take the burden of supporting your child off your hands and save the rest of us taxpayers some money, too.  Of course, if you’re so ill-equipped to support a child, the most sure-fire way to prevent an unwanted pregnancy is to keep the pants zipped until you know you have the means or at least the maturity to properly raise the child yourself.  But that would mean a sense of responsibility, which obviously, you don’t possess.

So, the bottom line is this.  If you claim a child as a dependent on your tax return, or more likely, get the earned income credit for that child, don’t expect me, my husband, or my hard-working sons to support your child.  Thank you.
